Thanks for sharing, Steve; it was very inspiring to read. I know you meant to say "38 wide body", the honest to goodness big brother of the 31 (continuous deadrise fore to aft just like the 31). The 1970-75 B-38 has always been my second favorite boat of all time.

Your right Tommy, 38. I think the new 35 slipped in my brain and mixed up the outcome. Too much time ogling boat pictures online!

This is awesome, I stumbled across his Instagram page several months ago and was impressed with the boat. Great article and so cool that he and his dad got work on this project together, the power of boating and as the man in the article says in the article, "it just gets in your bones." The desire to overcome and not let his paralysis stop him is awesome. Great motivation for a Monday, thanks for sharing.
