cummins in a 25 bert

Hiya guys ..been away for a while . now my son & i are repowering a 25 the hull is a sedan ..had twin chryslers & Vee drives .seem the fuel tanks are in the way of the new vee drive.. anyone heard of a non outdrive hull that was repowered? I know of the Seaboard marine one and its quite helpful....l but that one started with a outdrive hull ..weve got a 370 recon and veedrive ready to install and now getting ready to remove tanks..

looks nice...but we goin with a single Cummins 370 hp veedrive alot thinner.
Im wondering if theres any info on replacing fuel tanks... i think they need replacing anyhow..

I remember reading some where that there was a 25 with a diesel, I think they converted to a CC, but she was a direct shaft drive. Diesel was set up under the Console and I believed they moved the fuel as far forward as they could. I will see if I can find it.

I have 2 50 gallon tanks in mine. Aluminum.

Wayne by any chance is this the 25 that was back in Balboa Coves off of Prospect years ago ? It had Chrysler V8 "V" Drives as well.

Got this sedan a few years ago... it was docked at the dunes.. red x vessel assist boat.
