Steve - I believe http://www.millscanvas.com/index.htm (Wm. J. Mills in Greenport) would work on a Bertram - they do all the original classic Boston Whaler canvas. We got a set for our 18' Outrage about 8 years ago - top quality stuff, something you'd be proud to see on a Bertram.

As an aside, we swung through Sag Harbor Saturday - is that your 31 backed in at the fixed town dock near the SHYC? Best of luck.

That be me .... the trip north beat on it a bit, as did having too many boats, but it's doing OK and is only gonna get better. The larger money pit has been sold, so now I only have the smaller ones.
Were you there by boat ?

Yes by boat, quick run over from Essex, circle around Shelter Island, gunk holed under Sag Harbor bridge through the cove and up to Brush Neck, then tour of all the cheap boats where Grumman's harborside building used to be. Saw a real nice Bahia Mar, no one around, but figured it was yours. You are surrounded by expensive tastes in that area....

Yeah ... I'm a poor kid that lucked out by being in the area before it became "cutesie"

I have used Doug from Dockside Canvas in East Moriches. No complaints.
