Non stick running gear

Guy is spraying Pam on his running gear. Tells me 3 coats, let each dry overnight. He seamed pretty sure of himself. Thought the Faithful should know. Good Luck.

Hmmmm. That stuff won't hardly keep scrambled eggs from sticking in my frying pan, but I only use one coat.

Guy around here puts STP (remeber "The racer's edge?" on his and swears by it.
