Hands down, the Groco APHS Hinged Door is what you want. Get the next size up for whatever your through hull fitting is and you should be using a full flow fitting, not the standard. See: http://bertram31.com/proj/tips/strainers.htm

Thanks cap. My through hole fittings are 2 inch and I went with full flow fittings.

I forgot to ask what size holes I should go with.

Joe,

For 2" full flow fittings go with the 3" APHS-3000. The Perforated Screen - 0.077" Diameter holes is standard and no options for smaller or larger holes...
