Steve, she needs a lot of work still. I removed the old windshield and railing a few weeks back along with a bunch of old hardware. Filled the holes so I am ready for new glass up top in a few weeks. I couldn't figure out how to get out a couple things that were in the side brow. Not accesible when removing the headliner. I suspect there is maybe access if I remove the interior lights, maybe someone knows?

In doing that work I notice one of the deck hatch supports was wet further back than the repairs I did, I haven't figured out how to repair that yet.

The big plan is to restore her back to original, I don't have an interest in glassing in the windows. My wife can't be in direct sun for long periods so a light spacious cabin is neccesary. Recently added Dug's old teak swim platform, not great for fishing but for the kids it's really great...

Correct, provided you have long, thin arms that don't cut easily.

There are very few boats in general that don't need some work.....believe me, I know.
Take your time and make sure that you take the time to enjoy it ... and the platform for the kids ... KEY, keep the family happy with it and it will make your life easier for the time and $$ that you put in.

...not to mention if you happen to leave bait in the freezer and said freezer happens to give up the ghost while your out of town...having that swim platform added some brownie points to your account.

Once or twice I thought about looking to see if I could borrow someone's 5 year old. Seems that as I got older, the weight shifted a little and I can no longer squeeze into the same spots I did when I was 25.
