I have used Yeti coolers since they came out, very expensive but they do keep ice longer than anything else on the market. How did your survey turn out on the 37 Bertram. I am in Massachusetts getting ready for another knee replacement # 4 since 1999. If it don't work I am going to have Capt. Patrick make me a whale bone peg leg like Ahab had.

Have not done the survey yet. We've been working on the boat for a year and have installed new electronics, a new generator and just finished rebuilding both mains. I wanted to get all of that done before a survey, so now we should be ready. I know you recommended someone down here but i don't recall who it was. If you could remind me that would be great.

I'm sorry your knee saga continues. I have been exceedingly lucky with mine so far, knock on wood. But my friend Gary Caputi up in New jersey had his done nine weeks ago and is still struggling with it. It seems to go very differently for different people. I hope yours gets straightened out soon, best of luck.

The surveyors name is Nate Spaulding in Marathon tel 305-393-2727 . I am happy that the boat is finally coming together for you, now it's time to get some blood on the decks. The knee is a constant battle but this is the last time I am having it cut on. Every time they cut I loose six to eight months of my life. Anyway good luck with the boat.
