menhaden industry on the Chesapeake Bay

Here is a great video about the menhaden industry, and specifically Omega Protein, located in Reedville, VA on the Chesapeake Bay. I know many sportfisherman think it harms the Rockfish, but the numbers caught are relatively small compared to the total biomass of menhaden and the industry has been run with sustainability in mind prior to any collapse of the breeding stock as experienced in other fisheries. it is very regulated and has very negligible bycatch.
