Fishin Tom comes through

Hi guys.
Girl Friday arrived Monday at Holtz Boat Works in Marmora--expertly and relatively inexpensively trailered by All Aboard Marine Transport, I might add. Dave is a really nice guy.

Tom's crew have already torn down the engine and they're going to save it. Seems that we need 2 new valves and valve covers. The exhaust manifold was full of rust. Anyway, we're getting new cylinder heads from Pleasurecraft for significantly less $$ than I was expecting. All this--and he's planning to have the engine fixed so we can test it out in early December. I have been sighing with relief all week! My heartiest thanks to , Mr. Tom Oakes!

Next, some fiberglass repairs, window frames and glass and maybe even a new paint job. I may not recognize her in the spring.
