Ethanol free gas in Oregon

Hopefully this is the changing of the tide. I just received my May 2008 Boat US magazine and it has an article in it that reports the good state of Oregon has passed a law that goes into effect Jan 1, 2009 to exempt gasoline sold for boats, aircraft, ATVs, power tools and classic cars from having to use the ethanol blend. Come on Maryland, I know you can do it.
