When you go chartering sometimes you have to compromise on the boat... Furthermore, Lanzarotte is in the Canary Islands (Spanish territory west of the border between Morocco and Western Sahara)... Big (over 35') boats are a lot rarer over there due to the fuel costs (roughly double the US costs) so the choice is necessarily limited...

Having said that, Hatts are nice boats...

nava Tech is right , in Europe gas is $ 10 the gallon.... last year we fished from an 38 ft Aluminum Striker the Hatt is much better than that.!

Great shots, looks like fun, I guess if you gotta fish then even a Hatteras will do.

Love em or hate em, they have character and at least they're not chlorox bottles…

I'd rather have a Hatt then a SeaRay or any of the others out there...
