Seam on Flybridge

The pic. shows the seam where towards the aft end of the FB. On the Anna E., it was caulked and covered by a piece of teak trim. Since I'm redoing the FB on Crows Nest, I'd like to fill and fair this. What is the proper way to do this? Fill, then glass tape, then fair? Any advice would be appreciated.

John,
Sand down to glass, build a fillet in the corner, then two layers of epoxy & glass. Sand up and over the upper section and back 3" on the lower...
Sand the glass flush where it overlaps over the top roundover and re-sand in the roundover.

Peter-
This winter's project will be to redo the flybridge, including the brow, dash, instrument panel, and seating. I've stripped a lot of stuff off the flybridge and filled lots holes so far.
