Bertram's steering fix

This shot was taken of a Bertram 26 and was delivered this way from the factory. For those that have steering issues with aft located rudders, take note this is the fix that the factory came up with over 20 years ago. Apparently rudder stall is nothing new and if you have a Bahia Mar with less then stellar steering this could be the fix.

When we did trim tabs on Neil's boat it took that vessel from dangerous (with oversized rudders) to sports car. This picture is an option for those dead set against tabs.

Cheap but creative way of stretching the hull.

Nope that was the "Bird"

Jimmys boat he's out of a little private dock by Robinson's Marina in Manasquan.

I'm up on the hard after a "turtle incident" a few weeks back.
