But Mike, that would go along the concept of asking the plains Indians their opinion on the Buffalo slaughter in the 19th century when the government slaughtered them to force the Indians into dependency and control.
Depletion of the fisheries would go a long way to controlling and reducing the worlds population by regimes around the globe.
