I wonder if that is the same Herters that I once mail ordered fishing rods and gun power from back in the 70's.

I actually love that boat and would love to have one like it. My idea is to put an inboard 350 with over the transom pipes.......build a "Rat Fink" old boat with wings.......

What a cool boat! ! ! !

I see some collector pieces there. I agree with Harry, that could be a cool boat. You could drag that to all kinds of shows and draw a croud.

There are varying opinions on what we define as "looks good". I agree with Rawleigh, if that windshield was only a glass bubble...

That boat pulled by a 57 Chevy would look good.
Color choice, not so much unless you live in the Kendall section of Miami.

It looks like the Edsel of the boating world. Just way way ahead of its time.

i think thats a different model.....bigger with more freeboard and proportionally smaller fins. you'd have to see this in real life.

i think its the "eldorado"...13 foot with straight trim lines along the rub rail. the larger boats swoop down a bit at the transom. the fins are WAY out of proportion to the boat. i mean like seriously huge!

nice fenderflares on the trailer....

Love these old things , now a days most of new the boats look like the latest Nike air , ( sunseeker , fiarline and the rest of all the english and italian shitpiles ).

Fins are the bubble boat Radar Archs of the 50's.
Non-functional and made bigger to meet customers egos or wants...
