How many BTU's of an AC unit would you reccomend. I saw a unit by Oceanbreeze that is 10,000 BtU. Any suggestions comments?

Depends on where you are. Down here in the South 12K min., 16K is better. I have 12 with a glassed in front and solid side windows and its adequate, but if the 12K Cruisaire goes out a 16 will replace it.

Stay away from Ocean Breeze.
Look at the Mermaid units if wanting to stay away from Crusair.

I installed a 16K Marvair unit in My Express and I am very satisfied with it. Last Saturday I went for a ride down Fish River. Just for grins and giggles I ran the genset and the AC/Heater unit. The cabin temp was 50 degrees when I pulled out of the boat house and the Reverse Cycle Heat Pump side of the Marvair unit heated the cabin to 77 degrees in short order.
I do not have a glassed front but do have solid side glasses.
