I grew up in Harbor Springs--my first job was cleaning 3 B-31's every Friday when I was 12.

Lake Charlevoix is very, very beautiful, too. My folks still have a 27 foot Albin at Irish's there.

That is some boathouse in the background of the first shot. Probably some pretty woodies inside that one.

Big money on that little lake. The boathouse to the left on the shot of the two bahias is John Winn's(four winns boats). You have to check this http://www.winnhouse.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Jim Bailey and I were there last year to buy the 1970 SF that is the new Buddy Boy. The seller assured us that he had always fueled at that marina because they berthed three B-31 charter boats, and they knew the perils of ethanol. Lake Charlevois is a beautiful side lake that has direct access to Lake Michigan. That northern peninsula area is stunning, and very nice folks up there.

I got to see the HGTV show about it. It was incredible but they didn't show the B31s
