B20 or Formula 233 Hull wanted

I've got a friend who I fish with alot on his Albe 24 or my B20. We take my B20 out probably 4 times to every one time on his Albe. Anyway, he wants to redo a B20 hull to a center console like mine (sort of), or do the same type of thing with a F233 hull. He's looking for a B20 hull or F233 hull. If anybody knows of one, let me know. Thanks.

Although I miss my B31, I'm on my B20 at least 3 times a week after work casting/jigging for stripers. She's perfect for that. Last night left my dock at about 5 pm and ran at about 25 knts south along the Bay for about 5 miles to one of my spots. Got into keeper-sized stripers, and got a couple on light tackle. Light was fading, and I wanted to get home before it got too dark--lots of crab pots that are hard to see. Ran home at about 35 knts (around 4500 rpm). Cool boat.

Great boat.

Here are a few Formulas listed on C-List NJ NY.
Mine had a 165 Mercruiser. Ran all day at 20kts getting 6 gal/hour. Full day tuna trolling averaged 3 gal/hour. Not a speed demon but but very economical.

If I didn't have the family...I'd most likely go smaller too. I gave up fishing Bertram weather some time ago...boat handles it, but knocks the crap out of me trolling single handed...the way I mostly fish. Every chore on a bigger boat is more, more time, more work, more money, more to clean, more to fill the tank. Most of the time cruising along at 18-19knts is fine...but when you only have an hour or two...it cuts down on the after work trips. Fishing outside my harbor used to be great...especially for times I only had an hour or two...but now its too much low water to deal with. A B20 sounds great! or repower with diesels and make some worthy offshore trips and say the hell with the inshore stuff. Your boat is a perfect platform with great looks to boot!

My friend that's looking for F233 hull is on Kent Island, MD. Get me your contact info., and I'll pass it along. He's found F233 hulls in NC and Mass for next to nothing, but its just not worth the trip. Baltimore would be great.
