OK, from the original responses to the mass email question seem to indicate about a 50/50 split betwen who did and didn't receive the notice that the board was back online.

I sent another mass email with a subject line of Test 2. This time just vote as your answer. I've set the poll to allow you to change your vote in case you voted "I didn't receive it" and then later did receive it...
