Gert that is very very cool thanks for sharing! I would get the shivers too seeing the Concordia. Obviously they are cutting it up and hauling it away?

2 31's and a 28 in the pix. Was that the Mediterranean rendezvous? I talked to dockside, $10000. to ship Seachele to Palma Majorca, relive my shore patrol days, or was that daze?

Hi Marc,

can you imagine , sun all week , all day , the week after sun, sun,sun , on the moment we were there clouds.......
makes a man wonder.....
The contract went to an Italian contracter.. they are taking the portholes out at the moment and cover them with plywood... maybe they sold them...what I heard it will take more then a year to get the wreck out of there.
They should of hire the Dutch... 2 months tops !! : )

Very cool pictures. It looks like there are plenty of Bertrams over there!

The water looked very nice (clear) in some of those photos. Whats the spear fishing like over there?

Thats where it was 'invented'... Cressi, Omer, Mares, etc, etc...all Italians.

Guess that doesn't mean it's still good today though huh? Real hard to beat the Bahamas for breath-hold hunting.

Been waiting for your return...with pictures, thanks for sharing.

If I could take my Bertram, I'd make Italy a consideration too...pretty much anyplace I go I'd love to take the boat to cruise the waters.

Looks great, hope you and family had a blast!

Looks like another great trip, thanks for sharing! I love seeing Long Island, NY it must spark a lot of dock side chat...

Maybe it's just me but I still think the best photo you've taken is of the new guages and panel. All joking aside the kids laughing with that old stinky stuffed animal tells the real story!
