Sounds to me like she gave up...Her crew put up 9k and she missed out on a world record. It's nonsense she didn't come to win money or set records just wanted to catch fish. At least they are honest..

Is that the 37 Merritt "northern lights" backing into the slip next to it? Pretty boat...
Watched it again- not a Merritt at all is it? Marlin Magic looks like the name...

I was in Kona in June, cool place went fishing with Marlin Majic, captain Jason Holtz.
I was amazed with the amount of charter boats in the harboar
Caught my first spearfish.
