Exterior Tank Coating

I know this has been mentioned countless times, whats the tar coating used on the bottom of Aluminum tanks?

The coal tar epoxy and the DEVTAR coating are described in Capt Pat's "Building Tips" link under the "Fuel Tank Design & Installation." Good Luck, I'll be taking that job on myself after the New Year.
