Scary seasickness preventing medicine!

Many years ago we used to wear scopolamine patches to prevent seasickness when we started long distance (sailing) ocean races, but decided they were too scary and stopped after less than one season. We found some people lost their ability to concentrate, or make rational decisions. Scary stuff!
