Last week I passed all exams for the OUPV, Masters upgrade and towing endorsement. I called NMC to see if I could take an online only course to certify for firstaid/cpr and was told "yes" as long as its in our approved list of courses at www.uscg.mil/nmc. Site is pretty difficult to navigate.

Has anyone used an approved online program for this certification? I'm not looking for a combined online/classroom program.
