I feel bad for those two workers -- no matter if they were careless or not -- sounds like they are in tough shape. A good friend of mine was badly burned when he stepped onto his old boat and the bildge pump kicked on, causing the fumes in the bildge and the entire boat to explode. The only reason he survived was the force blew all 6'5" and 300lbs of him almot 200 feet up and away.
