I have to do an O2 sensor on my 11 yr. old Dodge. Since it is in the exhaust system you can imagine these things are always tough to break free.

I have started treating it with CX squirting it repeatedly for a few days before I tackle it... but in looking around on the 'net for tips on how to get a wrench on the thing (a real tough spot) I see a lot of mechanics reccommend stuff called PB Blaster.

Has anyone given it a try?

PB Blaster is a good product and more readily available than CX, so mention and recomendations will be more common. Been a while since I've used PBB and I've never done a head to head test between it and CX.

Wait and see if the CX does the job before you buy the Blaster. PBB is available from just about all auto parts, hardware, and big box stores... It also costs less than CX.

If the CX didn't do the job, but PBB did, let us know...

I love PB but a lot of people are using KANO lubicant. They say it will creep up a bolt to free it up. It is not cheep like $15-16 a can but people that use it sware by it.

Kano or Kroil - better than PB blaster for that sort of application...

I don't know which works better, but PB Blaster tends to splatter back on you when sprayed and hurts like hell when it gets in your eyes!
