Another B31 in Babylon

Just noticed another B31 in Babylon on the Carlls river in the marina just north of Babylon Marina (not sure the name of that yard). It doesn't have a hard top or Bimini and the hull is either dark blue or black.
It may have been the same boat I saw on Sunday mid day running west along Robert Moses.
Just curious if anyone knows the boat or if the owner is on the site?
