That's funny.....even made Snookums laugh outloud......

Must be a young buck selling the bike.....cause all of us seasoned guys know the translation of all of these situations

Example:

Guy: Sweetheart, what would you like for your birthday?

Gal: Honey I don't need or want for anything....my life is wonderful

TRANSLATION: Your ass better not show up empty handed on my birthday.

Very poorly played. You've got three no cost options here.

"that old thing, we've had that for years"

Or

"I traded that table saw I never use to my buddy Carl for a bike, pretty cool Hun!"

Or

"you know my buddy Harry from the B31 site, he hurt his back and can't ride anymore. He said we can use it if we store it in the garage"

Moral of the story, never ask, inquire or complain about the shoe closet.
Why do you think our wives keep clothes in the closet with the tags on them for years? It's all part of the daze and confuse technique.

Of course if your stupid enough to write an ad like that you probably didn't have the money in the first place and when she sees the ad the real problems begin.

You don't know how many Imelda Marcos' there are out there. And Bob, those shoes and bags cost more than most rods and reels. By the way, those $200-500 Coach bags that used to be hand sewn in New England and would be repaired by them if ever damaged are now all carrying a small (inside/hidden) label telling you they're made in China. They still sell for $200-500, if not more. Think a person who is a craftsman at sewing leather and has been working for Coach for years, can find another job? Makes me sick.

Walter politics aside, thats not a road any man should travel.

I can see it now you head off to montauk for a day of fishing, your wife heads to east Hampton to browse the boutiques.
