FRONT WINDOWS

Post by Craig Mac »

This is not one of my projects-just wondering if it would be feasible to cut windows into one of those fiberglass inserts that many have installed.

Reviewing capt pat's extensive work covering an original aluminum frame-could cutting the windows out be feasibe and strong enough??

Very do-able... The openings would need structural inserts added, but done properly, there'd be no loss in strength.

The Bertrams at TSL have smallish windows cut into the front sections of the fiberglassed over front area, but they're butt ugly.
