Well, I have embarked on a new journey of sorts. I have a Florida real estate license. Needless to say, the prices are very good down here and per CBS & NBC news and all of the realtor data....prices are starting to rise. If any of you might be interested in your own house or condo with a dock, please give a hollar. I will be more than happy to look for you and offer assistance. One of the nicities of 31s is that as long as you don't have a tower, you can fit under most fixed bridges, so the more expensive "no fixed bridges" residences are not a necessity. Please let me know if interested.
