How’s this for a South Louisiana story?

On a recent cold January evening, Dudley and Carol Fontenot were keeping their 6-year-old granddaughter, Anna Lauren LeBlanc.

As they sat eating supper, Dudley observed that they were all wearing turtleneck sweaters, so he said, “Anna Lauren, do you like turtlenecks?”

She answered, “Yes.”

After additional consideration she added, “But I really don’t remember how they taste.”
