Does anyone have any idea how to get rid of osmosis once for ever?

Harris,Harris - Does anyone have any idea how to get rid of osmosis once for ever?
The hull, below the water line, has to be sanded down to remove all bottom paint, existing blisters repaired, and then several coats of epoxy barrier coat is applied, then bottom painted as usual. There are specific instructions for each product used that must be followed carefully.
