The recipes were collected from captains around the country and have short stories about each of them. It is richly illustrated so that even non-cooks can do the deeds. If not for a gift get it for yourself. You'll love it.

Tailhook Tom- Please send me your mailing address. The books are usually sent at the Post Offices Book Rate as it is the least expensive way to send them. It's getting close to Christmas and since I don't know where they have to go, should I send them another way to insure delivery by/before Christmas day?
