Splater paint revisited...

Post by CaptPatrick »

The original topic got cyber whacked...

As to stringiness of paint:

Just practice with cheap paint on a large sheet of construction paper. Get the longest bristle length on the brush. Keep the trajectory low and try a underhand sling. Should get the stringiness you're looking for. Thicker paint will probably work better than thin... Cabosil or microbaloons can be used to thicken a thin paint. Both will give a slightly different splater effect.
