Any of the faithful near Mamaroneck, NY

Post by ianupton »

Found an old derelic B20 Bahia Mar that is begging to sit at my place until I have time to play on her.

Anyone close that could look to see if all parts apprear present (hatches, panels, engine cover, etc.).

Also interested in opinion on trailer for an 800 mile tow.

Thanks !

I live nearby and can check things out for you. I have a B20 Baron that I tow with a dual axle Venture trailer and it tows very nicely. 800 miles would be a decent road trip but I consistently do 250 mile trips with no problems. Let me know if you need me to get down there and check it out and perhaps send you some pictures. My cell is (203)856-1757.

Mark -

Thank you for visiting the boat and giving me a live report when you were there.

Much appreciated! What a great site.

My pleasure. I tried to look for a shop that might be able to help with the trailer before you came down - no dice. However, there is a large marine store less than a mile away if you need anything for the trip (bearings, lights, etc). The name is Post Marine. If you have any hiccups, give me a call on the cell. Good luck. I think it is a good buy.
