Anyone live close to Pompano Beach?

I am checking out a 31 down there, and was wondering if anyone lives close by that could take a look at it for me. I will not be able to look at the boat myself. I would be willing to pay for your time. I am kind of hoping for a pre survey inspection to see if it is worth getting an actual survey done, or if someone can do a pretty detailed inspection that would be welcomed as well. Thanks.
