This is a Classic

Don't know if anyone over here knows Bayside Bert 28. He posted here a few times about looking at a 54 Bert. He has a post going on over at the The Hull Truth. He is looking to move the boat from where he purchased it, 1700 miles up to Maryland.

The great part of the story is he hasn't told his wife he bought the boat. You got to read this thread and comments that start about half way through this thing once he explains his wife doesn't know he bought the boat.

This has to be a classic story and he doesn't plan on telling his wife until March when he gets the boat home. The bad part about the story is we will have to wait until March to find out if he stays married.

I am laughing so hard I can hardly stay on my chair. Amazing.

See, I tell Liz what is going on. She may not always have full say, but I keep her in the loop. Courtesy in my mind, unless I know she will be so psyched I can't contain her. Then I let her be surprised.

Wow. Awesome.

Just awesome!

At the very least, assuming he stays married, he took a whole CASE of Noassatol when he made that decision!!!

I am like Dug. I keep the wife in the loop otherwise my the pitch of my voice will be rising.

This is just too funny.

The funny part is, he has a 28 Bert now and traded for a 54, but after the divorce, he'll only have a 27 Bert, as she will take half.

The entertainment value on this is extremely high. I plan to follow this chain on THT through informing the wife. He must really like, I mean love this boat...Thanks for sharing!

The smart move here is to cut his losses and get rid of the wife.

Getting rid of wives rarely cuts losses, especially in the short to medium term. Alimony, legal fees, court costs, settlements, house hunting, etc, etc, etc.....

Every man needs a good woman, a woman that loves him, a woman that satisfies his lust, a woman that cooks and cleans for him, and a woman that appreciates and forgives his faults.

And above all, never let these five women meet each other....

Remember you can buy all of the above with money plus it doesn't matter if they are all there at the same time as long as each one remembers just what they are being paid to do.
