Totally staged. And then through audio and video post - basically, it's a movie.

Cheers!

You guys who have lived it would know better than us. Looked horribly real to me.

Best miniseries HBO ever did. The young jarheads who work for me say it is about as close to having been in Desert Starm as you could get without actually doing it.

staged or not that is a facial impack shot from a large caliper bullet.most people whom lived in the new york area at the time of 9-11 had at least known someone or lost a relative that day felt rather helpless watching twenty year old women jumping to there death rather then burn. this being said creates my feeling for army taking out two bad guys staged or not.
ironman ;wecome home brother ,we had no parades but deep down inside each day we die one by one with the brotherhood on our mind!!

Staged or not, what a great video, shows how effective the military sniper is and how marksmanship is still as important in this electronic age as it was 20, 40 or 100+ years ago.

As we enjoy this holiday season let us not forget our men and women are still fighting a two front war which is just dangerous today as it was 2, 3 or 5 years ago.

BTW, I have always been amazed at how well the M16-A2 could shoot with a spotter at 500yrds plus. I know its not glamors as the .50 cal shots, but being able to put a smiley on a man sized target at 500 yds with peep sights and a spotter directing you is a hoot... and something I miss to this day.
