Ha- I enjoyed that. Alabama is No 1 (and 2 and 3)

BTW- Saints are 12-0.
I'm not sure but indecision may or may not be my problem.

Don't you Boys count the "Horn's" out too quickly, and remember that Drew Breeze is an Austin boy.

And as perhaps the lone Gator fan on this board, let me just say Alabama played well and deserved the win. Stewing over the shellacking Tim delivered last year obviously paid off.

Being a Red Raider myself I'll pull for UT in every game that they aren't playing us. So I've got to pull for the Texas team.

Based on last weekend's games, Bama looks better. That said a Horn friend of mine stated it best; "the Longhorns aren't always the best, they screw up, they look bad alot....but for some reason they just seem win"

So my conclusion is Bama is a better team and Texas is a lucky team...that makes it's anyone's game on New Year's day.

Here's something I never thought I would say: "HOOK'EM HORNS!!!!!"

Hey Judge,

The media hype post conference championship games is meaningless. Bama played well and won decisively over the Gators, while Texas survived a defensive gem by Nebraska. The fact is Bama has never beaten the Horns. Both teams 13-0 and each had to survive some tough games to remain undefeated so each know how to win. Should be a good game.

How is life treating you down on the island post IKE?

Hey Gary, still working on getting things back together post Ike, but you know how that is. You never seem to fully recover.

I agree with your view of the Rose bowl, going to be one hell of a game. Thank God Texas doesn't have to face Suh again.

Hope all is going well with you, Merry Xmas to all of you.

Judge,

Good to hear things are on the mend dwon your way. Robin and I are doing fine and enjoying the new house. We often remember and laugh it your statement a few years back at Liquordale..."the wind is blowing so hard I have whitecaps in my drink".

Merry Christmas to you and good luck in the big game.
