I'm guessing TO. He can get a chick any time he likes. Unless your name is Tom Brady and you can make a crappy WR seem good (Deion Branch, David Givens, Reche Caldwell, David Patten, etc...), how often does a good WR come around.
Also, as I have Roy Williams on my FF team, I can officially say he sucks too.
