I called about Hull #'s and could only get approximate dates. Most records are gone. This site is probably more accurate than anyone there now. Several of the guys have original ads, brochures, etc. Early gassers were Chrysler 318's, then 440's, then Mercruisers if I am not mistaken. Original Sportsfisherman ran about $30,000. Walter

I have some brochures and a price list for late 60's, early 70's. It shows boat and options. I'll try to remember it tomorrow and scan some pages.

Ya i figure, a guy told me they had it but it was on microfiche in a warehouse somewhere. Mine is a 69 and whom ever did the rebuild put chrysler 460s in it, so i am guessing it had chrysler 440s to begin with. mine is like #854 i think

A couple of years ago I was searching for info on my 1983 B33.. I spoke with Don Flippen at Bertram's main office and he emailed me a scanned copy of the original builder's yellow "Manufacture's Statement Of Origin".
He was very helpful.

Checked an old price list-Dec 1961--

In 1966 Bertram had a advertisement for a Bahia Mar model for $16,000
