John, The elbow with the little holes looks factory after looking at mine the other one looks custom made...factory one "looks" to have less carbon build up....UV had a clean up solution a few posts back...If it aint broke just clean em up and put em back in...BH

Yes I agree, the one on the left with little holes is a factory elbow.

I have a brand new one in my garage if you want me to post a picture.
