A quick question....

I have a vacuflush head in the vberth and have had the CO detector go off when I flush it. Not sure if this is connectoed or not. Every window is open for a while and the detector is still going off.

Is the detector bad or could a ball valve or something in the head cause this? Nothing smells. Any advice appreciated. Yes the holding tank has been pumped recently.

Thanks,

Joe

I can't see any relationship between the two. I'll skip the obvious opening for a plethora of jokes. For short money, buy a second alarm unit to confirm or deny.

Bruce,

Good call. I actually figured it out before you sent this so I am not a complete moron. I docked the boat and didn't flip the shore power on and left some dc things on.

I always find it fascinating how we try to connect reasons for things happening and 99% are user error.

Thanks again. This is a great site!
