Nikon binocs

I recently dropped my old Nikon Oceanpro 7x50s on the concrete and knocked one of the prisms loose internally...double vision. Got on the Nikon website and found they have a policy of repairing any Nikon binoc, regardless of how it got damaged, for $10 plus shipping back to you. The website even has a form for a packing slip and mailing label.....so I sent them off....got an email confirming they got them and I owed them $20.90 for the fix and shipping.....paid via credit card on line.....
So if you guys have any busted Nikons laying around you might consider shipping them back to CA for a cheap fix....As I recall mine were about $270 or so 20 something years ago and far and away the best binocs I've ever owned....pays to get good stuff.
