How about 3208 fuel burn

The guy I bought my boat from told me the fuel consumption was around 7gph @ 2000 rpms. I haven't run the boat enough to tell whether this is even in the ballpark. The engine is a 3208T 320 bhp @ 2800 rpm.

The 260hp 3208Ts in the 32 Blackfin burn at just about that rate.

I suppose that it depends somewhat on the boat, props, etc, but the 3208T's on my B33 burn 20 GPH (both, so 10 GPH each) at 2400 RPM.

So 7 GPH per engine at 2000 RPM sounds about right, but is way too low a number for two.

Sorry, I assumed it was understood that was per engine. Making 14 GPH total.

Thanks for the help. I tried to find a fuel flow chart like the one posted on the Cummins thread....no luck yet. It's a single engine application; 26 foot boat, 12' beam, tuna tower.

I remember someone asking for performance numbers....Sim?
20kts @ 2000 rpm
23 kts @ 2300 rpm
25 kts @ 2500 rpm

My computer was not working well for a while. I tried once or twice to post, got frustrated.
