Northstar 9xx End of Life

For those of you who may have been having problems with your Northstar 9xx GPS machines.......there is an article in the BoatUS magazine this month which explains why. There was a new satellite placed in orbit in February which is confusing the machine.
The fix is a simple software download which is available at no charge from the Northstar site. However........they won't install it for you any more. It seems that they issued an end of life decree for those units in June.
So....
If you have one....and need the upgrade.....I know where it can still be done.
