Where's the junior navy?
I guess you guys are tame up there. The NC boys got pulled over by the coasties doing their 31 run thru the inlet.
Nothing like a fat 20 something chick with power and a gun strapped to her side.

we awere already outside the inlet.
if you notice the inlet shots, everyone is traveling at idle speeds.

here are two photographs from gary taken from tom ward`s 50' bertram.phoenix is passing camara boat at 32knts. look at the 6" exhaust you know those engines are cranking.

GREAT photos guys......thanks for posting them.
Regarding Patrick, Bruce and a bunch of us getting pulled by the Coasties at the NC event, the most interesting exchange occurred when Bruce asked the "platoon leader" of the Coast Guard boat the following question: "Would you tell me what law we've brokern?" Her response: "What you were doing just didn't look safe." Not sure how a court of law would view that "indictment".
Glad the Montauk event was a big success.
