Mark,
Will you be running a genset to charge the house bank under way or do you want to do it with the engines?
What's the inverter size?
Does the inverter charger charge more than just the one bank supplying the inverter?
If it does, that means a second charger for the other two batteries.
Are the other two one for each engine?

No genset Bruce, just engine alternators and shore power.

Haven't chosen one yet, but I'm leaning towards an 1800 watt
