Tom,
You're making good progress! The rough in/out is always the most rapid & somewhat rewarding part of a project boat. It's when you get to detail stuff that things slow down, sometimes to a crawl, & you begin to question your sanity... But it should all be worth it in the end when the dock pelicans are OOOHing and AHHHHing over your newly re-finished classic.

Patrick

Don't sugar coat it Pat.
By the time your done you'll have wanted to stick your head in a running lawnmower a half dozen times.

Before you cut that Bulkhead, decide if you are going to go with a bigger fuel tank. If you are you will probably need to raise the hight of the deck and the bulhead also.
I used Coosa Board on mine. Not cheap but I think well worth it.
I will be around late Saturday and hopefully Sunday weather providing if you want to take a look.
Also get those strut and rudder pads replaced. Don't skip those, you are too far into it to let it go.

I will call you Friday afternoon after I find out if I have to pick up my struts or not. If they are not ready then I will be there earlier on Saturday and of course Sunday weather permitting. If my struts aren't ready my Cummins guy is not going to be happy. He called me today and wants to move the boat over to his shop to get ready for the install. I need the struts to lign up the shafts.
Talk with you on Friday.
