I think that is a Dawson made here in NJ. They have been around here for 20 years.

I saw a 33 Dawson in Staten Island about 3 years ago. From memory, it had a deep entry with a deep modified vee at the stern. The one I saw had a pair of 300hp diesels, don't rmember which brand. Lot's of room in engine room and awell designed layout all around. It was a new boat and were asking about $375,000.

Not flat Big Vee.... Seems to be a bit light too...
They had to remove to engines to get to tanks out.. Looked bad.

PS these Bad Company boats are in Newport for a while.. Randy let me aboard the Rybovich W/ QSM Cummins... 36knots WOT.
The Viking is awsome too.. 45plus knots Cats I think.
The
"Old" one is there too.

The Dawson boats were produced in South Jersey near the old Pacemaker manufacturing facility. One of my neighbors owned the company when I was growing up.
The hulls were built for Dawson by Dawson and they were a typical shoe box design.
Other then the hull and super structure there was alot of green lumber and plywood in the boats. As I remember they weren't a terrible running boat, but I only rigged 2 and was 18 at the time, so those brain cells aren't exactly reliable.
They weren't particularly overbuilt but then again neither were our beloved 31's after bout the early 70's.
